PRICES for Andover Leisure Centre are set to increase after councillors approved changes for the next financial year.
Most fees and charges for Places for People centres in Test Valley will rise in line with inflation. In Andover adult gym membership fees will go up by 15p from £7.25 to £7.40, a 2.07 per cent increase.
However junior gym prices will stay the same. Concessions prices are also set to rise with OAP and disabled fees going up by 10p, or 3.08 per cent, and student and military concessions by 15p, or 2.68 per cent.
Adult Inclusive membership prices will also change with yearly costs decreasing by 15 per cent, from £390 to £331.50.
Monthly memberships will go up by 3.02 per cent from £33.15 to £34.15.
Swimming prices have also been affected with child lessons increasing by 4.08 per cent.
Running 50 weeks a year, monthly lesson charges will go up to £25.50 and per session it will cost users £6.12.
Adult and junior swimming prices will also both increase by 10p. Concession swimming fees will remain the same at £2.55.
