Applications for Designation of a Neighbourhood Area Andover (Town), Ashley, Charlton, Romsey (Town) and Romsey Extra
The Council has received applications for designation of a Neighbourhood Area from the parish council for the Parishes of:
- Andover (Town)
Ashley
Charlton
Romsey (Town) and Romsey Extra - joint application
For each application, the proposed area to be covered is the whole parish. Designation by the Council as a Neighbourhood Area would enable a Neighbourhood Plan to be prepared for each designated parish area.
Copies of the designation applications and maps are available for public inspection at the following council offices between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 on Mondays to Thursdays and 09:00 and 16:30 on Fridays:
Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, ANDOVER, Hampshire, SP10 3AJ
Former Magistrates' Court, Church Street, ROMSEY, Hampshire, SO51 8AQ
The designation applications and maps can also be viewed on the Council's website www.testvalley.gov.uk/resident/planningandbuildingcontrol/planningpolicy/ neighbourhoodplanning/ and during library opening times at local libraries at Andover, Romsey, North Baddesley, Chandler's Ford and Lordshill. Representations in relation to the area to be covered by a Neighbourhood Area designation, should either be:
Sent in writing to Planning Policy and Transport Service, Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, ANDOVER, Hampshire, SP10 3AJ; or
Emailed to planningpolicy@testvalley.gov.uk
Only those representations that are made in writing and arrive at the address specified above (in either hard copy or electronically) within the six week period ending at 16.30 on Friday 13 June 2014 will have the right to have their representations considered.
