LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 2001 THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES (MEMBERS' ALLOWANCES) ENGLAND REGULATIONS 2003
In accordance with the above regulations and having regard to the recommendations of an Independent Remuneration Panel, at its meeting on 28 January 2015 the Borough Council agreed a new Members' Allowances Scheme which will come into effect as from 7 May 2015.
