LICENSING ACT 2003
Mr Michael Robert Collins (Secretary LSSC) is applying to vary a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 lor Ludgershall Sports and Social Club, 37 Tidworth Road, Ludgershall, Wiltshire SP119QE. The variation to the Licence, if granted, is to enable the following activities to take place

Change to opening hours
- Monday - Thursday: 12 Noon to 12 Midnight Friday: 12 Noon to 2AM
- Monday - Thursday: 12 Noon to 12 Midnight Friday: 12 Noon to 2AM
- Saturday: 11AM to 2AM
- Sunday: 12 Noon to 11PM

The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is Level 5 fine on the standard scale
