Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that PinaExpress (Restaurants) Limited has applied to Test Valley Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as PinaExpress, Ground Floor, Star and Garter, 2 High Street, Andover, SP10 1PD. The proposed licensable activities and their hours
are: Supply of Alcohol 11:00 to 00:00 Monday to Sunday, Late Night Refreshment 23:00 to 00:30 Monday to Sunday, Recorded Music and Opening Hours from 11:00 to 00:30 Monday to Sunday. New Year's Eve - from the end of permitted hours on New Year's Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Year's Day for all activities and opening hours. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Department , Test Valley Borough
Council, Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, Andover, SPI0 3AJ no later than 27th October 2015 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Test Valley Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website - www.testvalley.gov.uk
