The Planning (Hazardous Substances) regulations 2015 (Regulation 6) notice of application for Hazardous Substances consent.
I give notice that (a) Lionel Hitchen (Essential Oils) Ltd is applying to the (b) Hampshire County Council for Hazardous Substances Consent (c) to store up to 700 tonnes named substances (Part 1 Schedule1) 1), 200 tonnes E1, Hazardous to the Aquatic environment, 500 tonnes E2, Hazardous to the Aquatic environment at (d) Lionel Hitchen (Essential Oils) Ltd, Virginia Works, Greenwich Way, Meridian Park, Andover, Hants, SP10 4JX. Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application at Lionel Hitchen (Essential Oils) Ltd, Virginia Works, Greenwich Way, Meridian Park, Andover, Hants, SP10 4JX during all reasonable office hours until (f) 20th November 2015. Anyone who wishes to make representations about the application should write to the (b) Test Valley Borough Council, Planning & Building Service, Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, Andover, SP10 3AJ by the 20th November 2015.
