 LICENSING ACT 2003 - Public Notice

Mr Ergin Taycur is applying for the variation of a Premises Licence for M B Fried Chicken/Chicoland, 7 Winchester Street Andover Hampshire SP10 2EA. If granted, the application will allow the removal of candfbni while the following licensable activities takes place: Provision of late night refreshment. The intention is to remove the condition in Annex-2 which requires to have two SIA door staff on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Bank Holidays. A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by the Licensing Authority at the above address. The application can be viewed during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not BxceBding level 5 on the standard scale.
