Curfew and rehabilitation for man who sent offensive message
MAGISTRATES have issued a curfew for an East Cholderton man who sent an offensive message. Hawre Mostafa, of Elmstead Park, sent the message on February 25, 2023, that was ‘grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character’.
