I am responsible for overseeing the operational Policing for the Basingstoke rural area which covers a geographic area roughly the same size as the Isle of Wight. I supervise a team of Police Constables and Police community officers- Inspector 28773 Goudie
Inspector GOUDIE is in overall command of the Basingstoke Rural NPT, he is responsible for the strategic oversight of local Policing for the area and holds PS EVANS to account in relation to the teams performance and delivery of local Policing
About this neighbourhood
If you live in and around East Woodhay, Burghclere, Highclere, St Mary Bourne, Kingsclere or Sherbourne St John, you will now come under the new Rural West Neighbourhood area, the team comprises of a Police Constable. The dedicated named officer PC DENTON will deal with local issues and engagements and address criminality and safeguarding the vulnerable. The West area and South area have a similar set up which means that when resources are required they can be moved around to support a policing need.
