SIMMONDS Patricia Ann (Pat) Sadly passed away 14th February 2021 aged 85 years at The Andover Nursing Home. Loving wife to the late Reg, mother to Toby and Jeremy, mother-in-law to Alison and Marie, Granny to Archie and Finley. Sadly due to current guidelines, there will be a restricted funeral service only. Family flowers only, but donations in Pat's memory can be made to The Countess of Brecknock Hospice.
