HUMPHRIES Evelyn Passed away peacefully at the Countess of Brecknock Hospice on 29th July 2021. Much loved and greatly missed by son Jason, daughter Diane, all of her grandchildren, family and friends Funeral service to take place at 1:30pm on the 26th August at Charlton Park Crematorium.
