NIGHTINGALE Kate (Catherine) Passed away peacefully on Saturday 20th August at the Countess Of Brecknock Hospice aged 68 years. She will be deeply missed by her husband Jaime, her sons and grandchildren and many other family and friends. The funeral will take place on Monday 12th September 10 am at Charlton Park Crematorium followed by a wake at the Hayward Suite from 11 am. Donations if desired are for the Countess Of Brecknock Hospice and can be donated at the funeral; no flowers please. The family would like to thank all the staff at the hospice for all their love and care.
