SLACK Zoë Louise 28.12.1974 14.9.2022 Zoë passed away peacefully at the Countess of Brecknock Hospice with her beloved husband Adrian, and son Jamie, by her side. Now reunited with her mother Elizabeth and grandma, Margaret. Zoë lived a life full of love, laughter and fun and will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
