O'BRIEN Jaqueline Ann "Jackie" Died peacefully, aged 78 years, on 21st December 2022 surrounded by her family. A loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend to many. She will be missed by all that knew her. Funeral service to take place at Charlton Park Crematorium on Monday 23rd January 2023 at 12.30pm. Family flowers only please.
