PHILLIPS Norma Joan Died peacefully at home on the 15th January aged 83 years. Loving wife to Maurice, Mother to Katherine and Grandmother to Carl. She is greatly missed by family and friends. Funeral service to held at St James the Great Church, Woodcott near Andover on Friday 17th February at 2.30pm. Flowers welcome.
