JEFFERY Elizabeth 'Ann' Passed away peacefully at home on 1st February aged 69 years. Ann will be dearly missed by all those who loved and knew her. Her funeral will be held on Thursday 2nd March at 10.30 at Charlton Park Crematorium. Donations in Ann's memory to Cancer Research UK or the Countess of Brecknock Hospice.
