BROOKS Victor Franklin Passed away peacefully at Millway House Care Home on 17th February 2023, aged 94 years. Vic assisted the Andover W.I. Market for many years, and will be deeply missed by his family, neighbours and friends. Funeral service to take place at 1.00pm on Thursday 23rd March, at Charlton Park Crematorium.
