CHATFIELD Patricia Mary "Pat" Passed away peacefully on 27th December 2023, surrounded by her family at the Countess of Brecknock Hospice aged 86 years. A loving wife to Norman, mum to Sandra, Philip, Tony, Maxine and the late Alan. Mother-in-law to Paul, Ali and John. Grandmother to nine and great grandmother to eleven. Sister and friend, you will be sadly missed and forever in our thoughts and hearts. Funeral service to take place at Basingstoke Crematorium on Wednesday 24th January 2024 at 2.00pm. Family flowers only please.
