CCTV appeal to identify woman after racial abuse in Andover
This is the woman police want to speak to who may be able to help in an investigation into racial abuse.
Police have released the CCTV image in an appeal to identify the woman following an incident at The Range car park at the Northern Retail Park in Andover at around 4pm on Saturday, November 15..
It’s alleged a woman shouted a racially abuse remark towards a white man aged in his 60s while both of them were driving their cars in the retail park.
It’s reported the woman was driving a Nissan car.
