STAFF at an Andover-based firm have once again proved themselves to be good Samaritans by taking part in a children’s Christmas charity appeal.
Employees from stairlift manufacturer Stannah have donated their time and money to put together shoeboxes for the Samaritans Purse Operation Christmas Child mission.
Co-ordinated by member of staff Charlotte Proud, toys, books, toiletries and clothing have all been collected to help disadvantaged children across the world have a happier Christmas.
The campaign has been running since 1995 to demonstrate Christian love by the giving of a gift to child victims of humanitarian disasters.
Stannah has supported the project for several years and to date they have collected more than 300 boxes.
