A ROAD remains blocked after a double decker bus crashed into a bridge in Andover.
The incident happened at around 9.45am today (Tuesday) when a bus had its roof taken clean off after driving into the Bridge on Charlton Road.
The bus was travelling towards Charlton village at the time of the crash but as of 11.19am this morning, officers say the incident is “ongoing” and that the road remains blocked.
A statement from Hampshire Constabulary read: “We were called at 9.49am after a bus collided with a bridge.
“There were no injuries reported and the road is currently blocked. The incident is ongoing.”
