BARNETT, William Albert. Beloved Husband to his late wife Marianne, much loved Brother to Cynthia and Shirley. A loving Dad to Alan, Mark & Neil & loved Grandfather, Great Grandfather. Passed away peacefully after a brave battle against cancer on 25th March 2020 at the age of 83. We will miss him very much. A private family Funeral service has taken place at Salisbury Crematorium. Donations in memory, if desired to ‘Stars Appeal’ - Pembroke Ward c/o I.N. Newman Ltd, 55 Winchester Street, Salisbury, SP1 1HL Tel: 01722 413136. A memorial service will be held later in the year to celebrate the lives of William and Marianne Barnett.
BENHAM, Maureen Patricia Kathleen. Passed away peacefully on 13th April 2020, aged 76. Beloved wife of Derek, sister, mother and grandmother. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Due to the current restrictions a private funeral will take place.
BEVAN, Claire. Formerly of Whitchurch. Passed away on 17th April 2020, aged 78 years. She will be deeply missed by all her family and friends. Due to the current situation there will be a private family service.
CONSTABLE-BUCKINGHAM, Rita (nee Ruse). Sadly passed away peacefully on 10th April, aged 85. Rita was much-loved and will be deeply missed by all her family and friends. For those who wish to say a prayer for Rita, the Committal will take place on Tuesday 28th April at 2.00 pm.
DEAVES, Roy. 11.12.1938 – 14.04.2020. Peacefully at home. Much loved husband of Angela, dad, grandad and great grandad. Sadly missed by all the family.
DYSON, Patrick. Passed at his home on the 14th April 2020 aged 96. Loved by all his family. The funeral took place on the 23rd April at Charlton Park Cemetery.
HANCOCK, Eunice. Passed away peacefully on 9th April 2020, aged 74 years. Beloved wife of Alan, mother to Christopher and Suzanne, nanny to Richard, Daryl, Maia, Theo and Lara. She will be deeply missed. Due to the current situation there will be a private family service. Donations, if desired, can be made direct to NHS Charities Together in Eunice’s memory.
LANE, William Charles George. Passed away on 14th April 2020, aged 96 years. Now reunited with his beloved Peggy. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Due to the current restrictions a private funeral will take place.
PARKINS, Carol Edna. Passed away peacefully on the 27th March 2020, aged 78 years. Carol was much loved and will be deeply missed by all her family and friends. Reunited with her Mum, Dad and sister Lesley. There will be a cremation service on Thursday 7th May at Salisbury Crematorium for close family members and a memorial service at a later date will be arranged when permitted.
POSPISCHIL, Ron. Passed away 3rd April. Sadly missed by his sons Matthew and Stewart and all his family and friends. REED, Shirley. Sadly died on 6th April 2020 aged 85 years. Former Headmistress at Vigo School, Andover and a magistrate in Andover and Plymouth. She will be much missed by Terry, James and Samantha, and her 5 grandsons.
SCOATES, Barry Graham. Passed away peacefully at his home Monday 6th April 2020. Much loved Husband, Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather. Due to current circumstances a private cremation will be held for immediate family at Basingstoke Crematorium Thursday 30th April at 10.15am, however, should you wish to join in the celebration of Barry’s life please email suzie64@gmail.com for virtual link details.
