THE festive period has looked a little different for many of us this year.
From November lockdown, to uncertainty over plans for the big day, and straight back into heightened restrictions, most people’s celebrations are not as they would normally be.
That’s why, on the run up to Christmas, we asked our camera club members to share a little of what Christmas means for them this year.
Throughout the month, they have been capturing ‘festive faces and places’, bringing to life family traditions, new discoveries and a sprinkle of Christmas magic.
From twinkling Christmas lights, to family memories, from festive good deeds to family heirlooms, and from wildlife walks to cosy nights in, this time of year holds so much meaning for so many people.
Each month, we set our members our camera club a theme, and at the end of that month we then print the best photos in the paper, as well as on our website.
It’s free and easy to join. Simply search ‘Andover Advertiser Camera Club’ on Facebook.
Congratulations to everyone who had their picture printed this month.
From all at the Advertiser, we wish you all of you a happy and healthy 2021.
January’s theme will be announced on the page soon.
