A woman who was accused of begging in Andover has had her case dropped.
Lisa Jane Roy, of no fixed abode, was charged with four counts of begging in Andover in the summer of 2020.
Documents show that she allegedly committed the offences in High Street on August 1 and 7, Union Street on August 7 and George Yard of July 22.
However, the 35-year-old's case was withdrawn, with court documents citing that the prosecution was not in the public interest.
An Andover man has denied assaulting two people in the town last year.
Lee Patrick Trumper, of King George Road, has pleaded not guilty to two counts of assault by beating.
They date back to an incident on August 11, 2020.
The 52-year-old was released on unconditional bail, pending a trial at Aldershot Magistrates' Court on August 6.
An Andover man will face trial after being accused of drug driving.
Marek Albert Jawor, of Camelot Close, has been charged with being behind the wheel of a Vauxhall Vivaro on North Way, whilst over the specified drug limit.
He was found with 2.9 micrograms of THC - a breakdown product of cannabis - per litre of blood.
The incident happened on April 18, 2020, during the first coronavirus lockdown.
The 33-year-old pleaded not guilty to the charge at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court last week, and will face trial at the same court on August 23.
An Andover woman accused of stalking two people has had her case adjourned.
Sophie Laura Reeves, of Galahad Close, is charged with stalking the men over the course of a year at an address in Kingsclere.
The 25-year-old has been released on conditional bail, pending her plea hearing on February 26.
She has an electronically monitored curfew between 10pm and 6am each night, and must not contact either complainant.
No pleas have been entered to either charge.
An Andover man has been accused of possessing cannabis.
Luke O'Connor, of Thicket Road, Picket Piece, allegedly had the Class B drug in Andover on September 25.
His case has been adjourned until March 2. No pleas have been entered.
