Police have made an arrest while investigating a robbery from a Co-op in Andover.
Officers said they had arrested a 29-year-old man from Andover on suspicion of robbery from the London Road store on February 2. During the robbery, two men stole a quantity of cigarettes and money before leaving again.
The man has been released from custody but remains under investigation while enquiries continue.
Hampshire Constabulary is continuing to appeal for information in relation to the robbery, circulating the descriptions of both men.
One of the men is described as being in his 40s, white, around 5ft 10ins tall, and of skinny build. He was wearing a grey hooded top, grey jogging bottoms and black trainers.
The second man is described as being around white, around 5ft 10ins tall and of skinny build. He was wearing a black and grey hooded top, dark trousers and white trainers.
Both were wearing masks during the robbery.
