He may share the same name as one of the men behind the world's most famous spies - but he's found himself on the wrong side of the law.
Roger James Moore, 41, has been banned from the road for three years after being caught twice by police officers last year, a court heard.
Moore, of Test Rise, Chilbolton, was not driving a car filled with high tech gadgets when he was stopped on May 13, but was instead driving an 06-reg Ford Focus on the A303 near Wherwell with an illegal quantity of benzoylecgonine, a metabolite of cocaine, in his blood.
On July 16 he was in an 06-reg Peugeot on River Way, Andover, when unfit through drugs, not specified.
Moore pleaded guilty to both charges when he appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates Court and was banned for three years.
He was fined £240 with a £34 victim surcharge which will be taken from his benefits.
