A SOUTHAMPTON fly-tipper must pay more than £1,000 for dumping waste in Andover.
Costel Manua, of Taunton Drive, Harefield, was prosecuted by Test Valley Borough Council.
Basingstoke Magistrates Court heard that on or before May 20 2019 Manua dumped six large rubbish bags filled with household waste including food waste, soiled nappies and plastics at the car park at Asda on Anton Mill Road.
Manua pleaded guilty and was fined £480 with a £48 victim surcharge and costs of £902.25.
