After a long, dark winter, the need for a bit of sunshine and blue skies has never felt greater.
And over the past week - with the exception perhaps of the last couple of days - we’ve been spoilt here in Andover with glorious spring weather.
The Advertiser’s Camera Club members have been out in force capturing these seasonal scenes and sharing them with the group, which has now amassed more than 500 members.
And from this selection of images collated from our members shows spring really is in the air at long last.
Madalayne Kempster, Clare Hannaby and Helen Brown captured the seasonal flowers in bloom.
Brian Penfold managed to get a photograph of the much-talked about yellow balloon flying low on Saturday afternoon.
Meanwhile, Allan Pothecary snapped a robin taking a quick rest on the sign at Rooksbury Mill.
Sunseekers will be thrilled to know the nice weather will be continuing this weekend, according to forecasters.
But temperatures will remain low, with highs of up to 6c expected on Saturday and Sunday.
So if you are going out on your daily walk, remember to wear a coat.
