Police in Andover have seized drugs and cash from a 16-year-old as part of an anti-drugs operation.
Officers stopped a 22-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy in Rack Close on Wednesday, March 17 over concerns they could be involved in drug supply.
Police stopped a taxi the pair were in at around 11am, and searched them using powers under section 23 of the Misuse of Drugs Act.
Hampshire Constabulary said a quantity of cash and cannabis was found on the 16-year-old.
He has been given a Community Resolution, which is an informal response to low-level crime. It can include an apology, an offer of compensation or a promise to tackle their behaviour.
The news follow raids at the start of the month in King George Road, May Tree Road and Silver Birch Road where £250,000 of cannabis plants were found across three farms inside residential properties.
Residents said they were unaware of the farms until police arrived on the scene.
