Just two areas of Andover have recorded Covid cases in the last seven days, the latest data reveals.
In the seven days to March 26, only the areas of Andover London Road & East Anton and Andover Newbury Road have recorded Covid cases - and both are below the England average in terms of cases per head.
Andover London Road & East Anton covers the eastern part of the town, including Enham Alamein, Augusta Park, Picket Piece, Picket Twenty and Walworth Business Park. Meanwhile, Andover Newbury Road covers the likes of Newbury Road, Roman Way and parts of River Way in the north eastern part of the town centre.
Elsewhere in the area, less than three new cases have been recorded in the Middle Layer Super Output Areas - a population-based way of splitting the country that are slightly larger than council wards - of Whitchurch, Goodworth Clatford, Weyhill, Shipton Bellinger and others.
When there are less than three cases in each area, the government suppresses the case data to protect individuals' identities.
Five cases were recorded in Tidworth & Ludgershall in the week to March 26, although this has decreased by one compared to the previous week, whilst eleven new cases have been recorded in the Bulford Camp area.
In the borough as a whole, there were four less Covid cases than the previous week, and its case rate of 28.5 is below the England average.
The latest data reflects the seven days to March 26, which was just days before the 'stay at home' law was rescinded.
