A MAN has been arrested after a vehicle hit a wall in Hurstbourne Tarrant this morning (Saturday, April 10).
PC Pugh & PCSO Cleary of Test Valley Rural Police were patrolling in "exactly the right place" when the incident occured.
They took a man into custody on suspicion of dangerous driving, impairment and aggravated vehicle taking.
