Man who damaged a woman's television given conditional discharge
AN ANDOVER man has been given a conditional discharge after admitting criminal damage.
Michael John Taylor, of Cashmere Drive, damaged a television in an Andover property on December 11, 2020.
Appearing at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on Monday, he was conditionally discharged for 12 months, meaning that if he commits a further offence in this time, he will be sentenced for this offence too.
He was also ordered to pay costs of £35 and a victim surcharge of £22.
