A woman has been taken in custody from Abbotts Ann near Andover this morning (Friday) on suspicion of importing controlled substances to the UK.
Test Valley police’s rural team said in a statement that she was taken in custody after a warrant for suspected drugs offences.
The police have not revealed further details, but have urged the residents to contact them if you have any information on similar activity.
Test Valley police’s statement read: “This morning [Friday] we executed a warrant in Abbots Ann for suspected drugs offences.
“As a result a female is currently in custody on suspicion of the importation to the UK of controlled substances.”
