Thousands of bluebells burst into full bloom in Andover.
The beautiful woods of our town have been transformed into a sea of blue this week.
Members of Andover Advertiser Camera Club have also been out on walks to photograph the beautiful flower that has transformed our town.
Micheldever Woods has been one of the favourite locations for our members to capture the bluebells.
Sharing a photo from a walk at the woods, Stewart Wilson wrote: “Really relaxing walk through the Bluebells.”
Den Whatley, another member of the group, shared a photo with the caption ‘Carpet of Blue’.
While most members focussed on getting a long shot of bluebells, Helen Brown shared close-up photos of the flower, writing: “A splash of colour and a Bumble bee having a suck on the blue bells.”
If you want to join the camera club, simply search ‘Andover Advertiser Camera Club’ on Facebook. For May, the theme for the group is ‘Dining Out’. In the last edition of each month, we publish a selection of our favourite themed images.
