A POPULAR craft market held in the Chantry Centre will become a permanent fixture on the calendar this year when it returns later this month.
The pop-up indoor craft market, which was first introduced in unit 16-18 of the shopping centre in December, will now take place on the final Saturday of every month, as well as the first three Saturdays in December.
Returning on May 29, the market will feature stalls from a range of retailers including Black Velvet Kitten, Juniper Creations and Tropic Skincare.
Among the offerings will be gifts, soft furnishings, homeware and food and drink traders.
Leader of the council, Councillor Phil North said: “The council is working hard to encourage and support small, local businesses, and provide the opportunity for them to share their wares with a wider audience in a town centre location.
"The pop-up shop is one such initiative, and I hope that it encourages people to linger a little longer in Andover and enjoy all that the town has to offer.”
Each pop-up will feature different products, crafts and traders, ensuring each visit will be a voyage of discovery.
