A teenager has been hospitalised with head wounds following an assault in Andover on Wednesday.

Police were called on the evening of Wednesday, June 9 at 8:36pm to reports of an assault on King Arthurs Way.

An 18-year-old man reported having been assaulted by two men on the road, and was taken to hospital for treatment for injuries to his head. Police are currently treating the incident as Gross Bodily Harm, and are awaiting further details on injuries.

Hampshire Constabulary asked anyone with information to call 101 with the reference number 44210225832 to assist with their investigation.
