THREE men have been fined for poaching and their dogs have been seized.
The trio were caught on farmland at Overton on November 29, a court heard.
The three are: Barry James Smith, 32, of Cobbetts Close, Normandy, Surrey; Billy Williams, 18, of Swallow Park Close, Tolworth, London; and John Williams, 23, of the same address.
Smith and Billy Williams were each fined £200 with a £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
Smith's dog 'Flash' and Williams' dog 'Sparky' also known as 'Joey' will be forfeited and sold or "otherwise disposed of", according to the court record.
John Williams was fined £120 with a £34 victim surcharge and £25 costs.
