A man from Ludgershall has been accused of making almost 21,000 child abuse images.
Paul Howard Thomas, of Andover Road, is charged with making 20,906 Category C indecent images of a child.
The 46-year-old, who has not entered a plea, will next appear before Salisbury Magistrates’ Court on July 20.
A woman has been fined after she obstructed a police officer carrying out his duties.
Rebecca Collett, of Watergate Lane in Bulford, pleaded guilty to assaulting David Cook in Andover on January 29.
But further charges of assaulting the police officer, as well as another man, and driving on West Street without due care and attention, were dismissed after no evidence was offered by the prosecution.
The 46-year-old was fined £40, and must also pay costs of £40 and a £34 victim surcharge.
A man who drove a car on the wrong side of the road has been fined and banned from driving.
Jack Daniel Fitzpatrick was behind the wheel of a Vauxhall on Cricketers Way on November 18, 2019, when the offence took place.
He was charged with driving without due care and attention, and pleaded guilty when appearing at Aldershot Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
The 21-year-old was fined £200 and banned from driving for 42 days, and must also pay total costs of £92.
An insured driver has been given a three-figure fine and banned from holding a licence for six months.
Darren Gary Dredge, of Romney Road, was behind the wheel of a Nissan Almera on the A3057 in Andover when he was uninsured, Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court was told on Saturday.
The offence happened on October 10, and Dredge was found guilty via the single justice procedure.
The 49-year-old was fined £660 and disqualified from driving for six months. He must also pay total costs of £156.
An Andover woman who was accused of harassing a woman has been cleared.
Carole Winterton, of Leigh Road, faced a trial at Southampton Magistrates’ Court on June 18.
The court had been told that Winterton, 60, continued to contact the complainant, despite being asked to stop by both her and the police.
But the case was dismissed after magistrates found her not guilty.
