Both are controlled drugs of Class B.
He was also found to have a knife on him.
The 18-year-old was sentenced to four months in detention, suspended for 24 months, when appearing at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
During that time, his progress on a drug rehabilitation programme will be reviewed monthly.
Moorhouse will also have to pay a victim surcharge of £128 and costs of £85.
The ketamine, cannabis and the knife will be forfeited and destroyed.

He was travelling through the section of road works at Eastleigh on October 28, 2020, when police claim he travelled at 57 miles per hour - above the temporary 50mph speed limit.
The 45-year-old made an application to Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on Monday to have his disqualification suspended pending the hearing of the appeal, which was granted.
