Andover Shooters U8s are hoping to raise £2,000 to buy new kit and equipment for the upcoming season.
As a newly formed team - this season will be just its second - the club needs to “start again”, and require all the kit and equipment to help them continue their progression.
Last season coaches Colin and Claire spent their own money, but this year the children want to make a contribution themselves.
To raise the money, they are running, cycling or walking 603 miles over the next few weeks.
Money raised will go towards buying a new match kit, new training kit and jackets, football training equipment, money for day trips, trophies and any extra bits throughout.
On the JustGiving page, it says: “Every little bit helps and we all thank you in advance for your generosity. We promise to repay you all by being absolutely amazing on the football pitch.”

£250 has been raised so far.
