A Thruxton man has been sent for trial next week after being charged with possession with intent to supply crack cocaine.
Gary Wayne Collins, of Village Street, is charged with having a quantity of the drug in his possession at Roxeth Hill, Harrow on June 26, 2021. The 38-year-old appeared before Willesden Magistrates’ Court on June 28, where he was sent for trial at Harrow Crown Court on July 26, 2021.
The court granted bail, subject to conditions. He is to be electronically monitored, with a curfew between 9pm and 5am each day. He is also excluded from entering within the M25 except for seeing his solicitors for a pre-arranged appointment, or to attend court.
He must also sleep each night at his Village Street address in Hampshire, and is forbidden from contacting co-defendants except through solicitors.
