Police have appealed for witnesses after a 70-year-old cyclist was 'seriously injured' following a collision with a car on Friday (July 23).
The incident occurred on the B3400 between Andover and Hurstbourne Priors, where a silver Vauxhall Vectra collided with the cyclist just after 10am. Police said the man suffered “serious injuries” and was taken to Southampton General Hospital, where he remains following the collision.
In a statement, a spokesperson for Hampshire Constabulary said: “We are keen to hear from anyone who may have been in the area at the time or may have seen what had happened. Likewise, any motorists who may have dash-cam which either captured the incident or the moments that led to the collision.
“Any information you may have, no matter how insignificant you feel it might be, could help aid our investigation.
