Two men have been fined more than £4,000 for breaking lockdown restrictions while the nation was battling a second wave of Covid.
Troy James Mitchell, 25, of Florence Court, Andover, took part in a gathering of more than two people on February 28.
The incident happened at the Plantations on Old Winton Road, according to court documents.
At a hearing at North Hampshire Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, July 27, Mitchell was fined a total sum of £2,021.
George Lodge, 21, of The Crescent, Hurstbourne Tarrant, breached lockdown restrictions on February 4, 2021.
He took part in a gathering of more than two people at the car park in Station Approach at Andover Train Station.
At a court hearing on Tuesday, July 20, he was fined £1,760 and ordered to pay costs of £85 and a contribution to victims’ services of £176.
