Television presenter Ant McPartlin and Anne-Marie Corbett are preparing to tie the knot in Hampshire, with a stunning Georgian mansion set to host the reception, it has been revealed.
St Michael Church in Heckfield will host the big wedding today (Saturday) followed by a reception at luxury hotel Heckfield Place.
Set in a Georgian manor on a 400-acre estate with gorgeous gardens and lush meadows, the wedding at Heckfield Place is set to cost the 'Britain’s Got Talent' star a £100,000-bill, according to Daily Mirror.
His co-host Dec Donnelly will be the best man, while celebrities like Holly Willoughby, Phillip Schofield, and Stephen Mulhern are among the invitees, according to reports.
It has also been revealed that guests have started arriving at the hotel from last evening (Friday).
Meanwhile, a large selection of flowers was pictured arriving at the St Michael Church yesterday (Friday).
Florists could be seen decorating the entrance to the countryside church.
McPartlin and Corbett have been together since 2018 and got engaged on Christmas Eve last year.
The pair got together following McPartlin’s separation from Lisa Armstrong, his wife of 11 years.
Corbett, who was formerly McPartlin’s personal assistant, has two daughters from her relationship with ex-husband Scott Corbett.
McPartlin, from Newcastle-upon-Tyne, has described Corbett as his “rock” after she supported him following his 2018 drink-driving arrest and a stint in rehab.
According to reports, the couple originally planned to get married abroad.
But because of Covid restrictions, they decided to have the big day at Heckfield.
The picturesque venue is promised to be a perfect location for grand weddings with stunning bedrooms, gorgeous views, an exquisite spa, and a rich spread of food and drinks.
Heckfield Place was opened in 2019 after an extensive and careful renovation that transformed it from a conference centre into a grand, art-filled luxury hotel.
