A MUSEUM in Andover is currently displaying a range of artistic work done by a local artists done during lockdown.
The exhibition called Lock down Escapism showcases a delightful collection of work by local artist John Randall, who found release from boredom during lockdown by producing new work, mostly inspired by the outdoors and travel.
It will be displayed at the the Museum of Iron Age until Saturday January 8 next year, 2022.
John’s work also looks towards the future of hopefully things to come. With all art exhibitions and craft fairs paused, it gave him time to try different subjects.
The exciting exhibition covers most subjects except human portrait , of a landscape.
Entry into the the exhibition is free and there is no no need to pre-book. This exhibition is suitable for all ages. There is a coffee shop, gift shop at the venue.
