Fire crews from Andover and Whitchurch were called to a blaze at a derelict building in Andover yesterday afternoon (Saturday, January 22).
Firefighters extinguished a fire on the ground floor of a two-storey derelict building in Shepherds Spring Lane.
A Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fore and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “The call was made at 15:24 on Saturday (22 January) and the stop message was received at 16:07.”
The Advertiser contacted police to ask whether they had received a report of the incident and whether or not it is being treated as suspicious.
A Hampshire Constabulary spokesperson said that there was no log to suggest that police attended.
