A COUPLE from Andover has opened a new indoor garden which has been created from recycled and upcycled materials.
The garden is located on the High Street in Andover between the John Russel Pub and the Betfred and officially opened last weekend on Saturday, 12 February.
The garden, which can be booked out for children’s parties, has been made from upcycling materials including using cable reels to make tables and stones made from paper mache.

It was created by husband and wife Mel and Mike Hall, the owners of Celebration Cube.
Mel, said: “One day we looked at each other and said we could build a tree over there but that’s how it started. It really grew from there and the idea started off very small we thought there just isn’t anything like it in Andover.
“We wanted to do this on a reasonable budget and in a way which means we don’t have to pass the costs onto anybody but still make it really fun and interactive.”
Mike and Mel set out to create the Teddy Garden and worked as a team to put everything together.
She added: “We ended up going out and buying things like cable reels, which we made the tables out of and Mike did all the building side of things and I did all the painting and we think we are about 80 to 90 per cent recycled or pre-loved materials.
“We felt all the little bits made a big difference so we have got moss on the stones and one of our display units is actually the front of a children’s garden house, which the people were just going to get rid of and so it's now a display cabinet.”

Mel said seeing children's faces when they come to the garden “makes it all worth worthwhile.”
The purpose of the garden is to provide a hands on create a teddy experience with prices starting from £19.99.
