AN ANDOVER firm has been named business support service of the year at the Prestige Awards.
Angel Call Handling Ltd was established by friends and entrepreneurs Sarah Sharp and Angela Saunders after seeing a gap in the market for a high quality, customer focused, call handling service.
With many years of experience working within a call centre environment, the business owners utilised the skills and lessons they learned to create a considerate and efficient alternative for companies who need help with calls and admin as part of their operations.
The team offers a choice of services including outbound calls, inbound answering services and administration for companies of all sizes.
The judges at the Prestige Awards were particularly impressed by the flexibility and adaptability of the business support service, both of which have enabled it to come to the forefront during a complicated period for many businesses.

The recognition comes after the team was awarded Business of the Year by the Tidworth and District Chamber of Commerce at the end of 2021.
Angela and Sarah said: "We are truly honoured to have won another award, our Angels make us proud every single day and this is truly a team effort!"
