Roderick Hoyle had last been seen by a family member at around 7pm on Friday March 4 at his home address in Mill Lane.
A further sighting of him was reported to officers by a member of the public at approximately 9pm on Saturday March 5 in the Hiltingbury area of Chandler's Ford, with the search later expanded to try and locate him.
But the force has confirmed this morning, Monday, that he has now been found.
Police have thanked the public for their help in sharing the appeals.
