REDEVELOPMENT of a vacant office building on Greenwich Way in Andover could create more than 60 new homes.
Guilbert House and its 200-space surface car park is located to the north of Andover town centre and is being auctioned at the end of March with a guide price of £3m.

The office building is being sold by Acuitus.
Charlie Powter, a spokesperson from Acuitus, said: “There could also be scope for further development on the car park subject to the necessary planning consent”.
